1. Free Diagnostic Hearing Consultation*
In addition to standard tests, The Hear Clinic’s hearing consultation includes more advanced audiological assessments such as tympanometry (including eustachian tube function and acoustic reflex threshold testing were required), dynamic range evaluation, modified FAAF test (developed by Mr Neel Raithatha) as well endoscopic ear examination using the iCLEARscope® (again also developed by Mr Neel Raithatha). 2. Advanced Clinical Hearing Aid Fitting using Real-ear Measurements (REMs)
As well as programming your hearing aids to your specific hearing loss, The Hear Clinic also precisely fine-tune the hearing aids to your individual ear shape, size and acoustics using a highly-skilled procedure called ‘Real-ear Measurements’ to provide maximum benefit. Learn more >

4. Routine Hearing Aid Service
The Hear Clinic service your hearing aid every six months for 5 years at no cost to ensure they are operating at their prescribed level and providing you with optimal benefit. Learn more >
5. Aftercare
The Hear Clinic also include free aftercare for a period of 5 years for added peace of mind. This means that any appointment relating to your hearing aid during this period would be completely free. In addition, The Hear Clinic also provide two yearly hearing reassessments at no additional cost during this same period. Learn more >

6. VAT
The price listed includes VAT.
7. Warranty
The Hear Clinic offer either a 2 or 5 year manufacturers’ warranty on hearing aids depending on the make and model. Please enquire for more details.
NB: Please note all receivers come with a standard 2 year manufacturers’ warranty.
8. Money back guarantee
If in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your hearing aid and/or service provided to you, a full refund (excluding hearing consultation fee) will be provided if within 60 days of date of purchase.
