We do not store full card details.
5. Cancellations and missed appointments
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you:
- Fail to attend your appointment, or
- Cancel without sufficient notice
we reserve the right to:
- Charge a cancellation fee, and/or
- Retain any deposit paid
This helps us manage appointment availability for other patients.

- Reschedule it
