  • By telephone

4. Fees and payment

Pricing

All fees will be clearly communicated at the time of booking or prior to treatment.

Payment methods

We accept:

  • Online payments via Stripe
  • Card payments in person or over the phone
  • Other methods as stated at the time of booking

Payment may be required:

  • At the time of booking, or
  • At the time of your appointment

We do not store full card details.


5. Cancellations and missed appointments

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If you:

  • Fail to attend your appointment, or
  • Cancel without sufficient notice

we reserve the right to:

  • Charge a cancellation fee, and/or
  • Retain any deposit paid

This helps us manage appointment availability for other patients.


6. Late arrivals

If you arrive late, we may need to:

  • Shorten your appointment, or
  • Reschedule it

This will depend on availability and clinical requirements.


7. Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

We do not typically offer refunds for:

  • Completed services
  • Missed appointments

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


8. Clinical responsibility

All treatment decisions are made based on professional judgement and patient safety.
